Account Bill: 80% of Customers Surveyed Would Prefer a Single Bill
Chubb has offered Account Bill for the past year and many customers have enjoyed the benefits of participating in the program. Enrollment continues to steadily grow as more customers become aware of the service.
However, while a recent survey concluded that about 80% of customers would prefer receiving a single bill for all of their Chubb policies, only approximately 5% of customers were aware of this service. The same survey also noted that account bill customers generally had a higher level of satisfaction with Chubb’s billing processes than non-account billed, multi policy customers.

Wildfire Defense Services Expanded to Additional 68 Texas Counties
We are pleased to announce that, at the request of our agents and brokers, we have expanded our Wildfire Defense Services to an additional 68 counties in the state of Texas. Enrollment in the newly added counties, which have proven to be more of a wildfire concern in recent years, is available beginning today March 19, 2012.
Offering Wildfire Defense Services demonstrates Chubb’s commitment to bringing real value and peace of mind to our customers, but we must get eligible customers enrolled. We have a successful track record of saving tens of millions of dollars’ worth of property, but our customers cannot benefit unless they are enrolled.
