You are no doubt aware that Chubb periodically introduces new generations of coverage enhancements, confirmation of intent and terms & conditions revisions (described as “Core” changes), which we roll-out on a state by state basis. We are in the process of introducing our “Core 7/Panorama” generation of updates and a new set of brochures has been developed to support these changes. Whether your state is part of the current roll-out process or not, the new brochures announced here should be of interest to you, as they showcase the evolutionary design process our marketing collateral is currently undergoing. In response to your requests, we have paid particular attention to “single page” brochures that facilitate digital usage - they are easy to e-mail and print on local printers when needed. All of the brochures showcase a new “look and feel” for our marketing materials, which are continuing to evolve. They share a new, fresh, modern appearance. You will also note that the “Insure your freedom as well as your car” brochure includes the use of a new, conversational, easy to understand writing style; as well as photos that include more people enjoying their possessions, rather than just the possessions themselves. This latter change is the result of focus group testing and JD Power & Associates research. A flagship Home brochure is still under development and will be introduced in the next few months. Printed copies of these brochures will be available for order beginning on August 1. Please contact your local Chubb marketing specialist to inquire about ordering the new materials and about the current applicability of each to your specific state. Introducing the New Masterpiece® Services Training Module The true value of a Chubb policy is measured as much by the complimentary or discounted services included with it as by the premium charged. We’ve created the ”Introduction to Masterpiece Services“ training module as a resource to highlight these valuable services for you, in a highly informative, interactive way. The module provides a thorough overview of our Masterpiece® services, allowing you to learn about a specific service or access an introduction to the entire suite of services. Our Home Appraisal Service, Masterpiece® Homescan, Wildfire Defense Services, Chubb Property Manager and much more are covered. All of the Masterpiece® services available to eligible Chubb customers are included. . |
