New Training Module and Tip Sheet Posted on Agent Connection Supporting Our CLUE/MVR/ADD Initiative for Both Auto and Home
If you have not received it already, you should shortly receive an announcement from your servicing Chubb Personal Insurance marketing specialist outlining exciting enhancements to our Masterpiece® Real-Time quoting and issuing system. The announcement describes improvements to when CLUE, MVR and ADD reports are ordered and how the system manages these reports. As the system improvements encompass several changes to the quoting and issuing process, all agents and brokers that use Masterpiece Real-Time are kindly asked to complete the system training. The end result of these improvements will be more accurate quotes at initial policy issuance, and the effects of CLUE, MVR and ADD reports will be evident either earlier in the quote process or at policy issuance. These changes will therefore save you time, allowing you to abandon quotes prior to issuance that do not meet premium acceptability, as the result of up to date MVR, CLUE or ADD reports.

Updated Wildfire Defense Services Marketing Materials Now Available
In order to support enrollment for our Wildfire Defense Services, we have updated the three most-used marketing forms with a new, more concise “look and feel.” The pieces are now optimized for digital usage, yet are also available to order in printed form.
Wildfire Defense Services are an extremely valuable extension of our homeowners policies in available states, providing assistance before, during and after a wildfire; but eligible customers must be enrolled for the services to apply. Enrollment confirms critical contact information for our vendor and grants them the permission they need to access threatened properties. To date, tens of millions of dollars in property value has been saved through the work of our wildfire professionals. Yet despite the incredible value of these complementary services, a remarkable 58% our mutual eligible customers are still not yet enrolled.
Our goal remains 100% eligible customer enrollment and we need your help to achieve this goal. Wildfire season is now nearly upon us, so please use the new materials linked below and contact your un-enrolled clients today.
