Log on to @chubb.

Select Group Personal Excess from the Quick Links menu:

From the Group Personal Excess Homepage, enter the Policy number and click Search. Verify the policy details are correct and that the “Status” indicates “Inforce”. Select Download Certificate of Insurance and click Continue to proceed.

Click the COI Zip Link to download the file of all certificates for that transaction, or search by name and click on the COI Link for the desired individual.
